Return & Exchange Policy

At Led By Love Creations, each bracelet is handcrafted with love and intention. We want you to feel truly connected to your piece, but we also understand that sometimes adjustments are needed.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once received, we will gladly exchange your item for another piece of equal value or apply the amount toward a different bracelet of your choice.

Non-Returnable Items

Because each bracelet is custom hand-knotted and infused with healing intention, we do not offer refunds.

Gift cards and sale items are also non-returnable.

How to Start an Exchange

To begin your exchange, please email us at rose@ledbylove.ca with your order number and the details of your request. We’ll provide return instructions and guide you through the process.
